1. General 

HOW TO ORDER

It's simple. First, click on a product that you are interested in, to get more details about it. To add to cart, enter the quantity you wish to purchase and add it to Cart.

PAYMENT MODE

We accept a variety of payments including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, HitPay by DBS PayLah! and Paypal. 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order once payment has been made. If you need help with your order, feel free to drop us an email at collecthouse1@gmail.com. 

PURCHASING ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCKS

We usually only carry a limited amount of stocks for each product. Thank you for showing interest in our products! However, you may subscribe to our mailing list to be notified about restocks and exciting new releases. 

2. Shipping

SHIPPING POLICY FOR LOCAL ORDERS

We deliver island-wide in Singapore.

SHIPPING RATES FOR LOCAL ORDERS

We offer complimentary shipping for orders of SGD$150 and above for all local orders.

For all local orders below SGD$150, we charge a flat rate of delivery fee at SGD$5.

For express courier service (1-3 working days), we charge a flat rate of delivery fee at SGD$15.

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We're still working on it, do keep a lookout!

3. Return Policy

You may request for a refund or exchange upon receiving the item within 7 days of receiving your order. Only damaged items during delivery will be fully refunded. 

However, all requests will be looked through thoroughly to ensure that the returned items are still fit for sale. Do drop us an email here at collecthouse1@gmail.com and we will approve your request for refund within 3 working days.

REFUNDS

We will refund you the amount via a promo code created, which you may redeem in the next order. The unique promo code will be valid for 3 months upon point of purchase, and the details will be sent over to you via email.

EXCHANGE

You can request for an exchange for items of equal or smaller value. No refunds will be made for any discrepancy in value. All discounted items are not eligible for exchanges. You may request for an exchange by dropping us an email at collecthouse1@gmail.com with your invoice. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items and re-delivery. Returns must be done via courier with our selected courier company. 

 

4. Product Care

Our products are best maintained by hand-wash. Although they are microwave-friendly and dishwasher-friendly, we do not recommend using them.
